This machine features a stainless steel, fully enclosed waterproof body, which is corrosion-resistant, durable, and easy to maintain. Equipped with a new adjustable cutter head and a POM center guide post, it ensures smooth and durable label conveyance. The unique integrated structure of the tail fin and electric eye frame achieves automatic detection and positioning, providing higher precision in cutting points. The synchronous bottle-separating screw and high-power servo motor work together to ensure stable and powerful bottle conveyance and label feeding processes. The label cutting position does not require adjustment of the photoelectric position, and any label length can be corrected through the human-machine interface, significantly improving production change efficiency. The control method combines buttons and a touch screen, making operation intuitive and simple.
